In an effort to maintain a high level of service resources, CADVANSYS introduced it's flexible Time Support Block (TSB) program.
TSB's are applied against our effort to resolve your problem. Efforts include identification, research, follow-up and resolution of both hardware and software problems. Also included are telephone support, dial-in diagnostic assistance or on-site analysis. Time used during CADVANSYS normal business hours will be charged against the Time Support Block in hourly increments.

Telephone support is a very important part of any support program. A knowledgeable member of our support staff will assist you in determining the problem and developing a viable solution.
On-site Support
In the event that telephone support does not resolve the issue, a CADVANSYS technical representative may be available to provide on-site support if your location is within Delaware, New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania.

Software Upgrades
Software upgrades may be purchased with Time Support Block hours. In this case, unlike training, there must be adequate Time Support Block hours to support the price of the entire package. You should contact your CADVANSYS sales person for your upgrade-to-Time Support Block ratio.
