Beware of a title company that makes claims like "THE LOWEST TITLE RATES ALLOWED BY PA LAW!" In the state of Pennsylvania, insurance rates are set by the State Insurance Commission; therefore, the claim is the same as saying "THE HIGHEST TITLE RATES ALLOWED BY PA LAW!"
