Studies included Oriental Medical Theory, Structural Alignment, Food and Healing, Zen Shiatsu, Fascia, Shiatsu Shin Tai and Hara.   Anne has the skills and intuitive ability to treat each client as an individual to create a sense of wholeness and well-being using her trained techniques. What you can expect from a session with Anne is a blend of modalities that will suit you best. Techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial work or shiatsu points are used to help relax the body and mold the body back to where it wants to be.

At home, Anne is a wife and a mother of three boys, fascinated by the creation of life and all its beauty. Pregnancy massage and fertility massage is a wonderful way to relax the body and prepare for this new beginning. Removing yourself from your daily life of traffic, work and social engagements to think about the intricate process of life will take you to another world of raw beauty and nature. Anne is also a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association and has completed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
