Vegan Out

I’m not very good at vegin’,
My mind works best,
When put to the test.

I’m not very good at vegan,
My body works best,
When I digest –

Of God’s creations,
And vegetable.

You must have meat,
To be complete,
Without the B12 vitamin,
I can’t say, “I am.”

My mind will go numb,
Making me dumb,
My neurological system,
Will fall victim,
I won’t be able to say,
“I am.”

Vegan is the wrong way,
To eat your prey,
So, I eat meat every day.

You asked: are you a vegan? I replied: Heehe… funny you should ask. I wouldn’t say “I’m just the opposite”… but, I would say it is impossible to be a healthy vegan.

from the USDA:
Vegans eat only food of plant origin. Because animal products are the only food sources of vitamin B12, vegans must supplement their diets with a source of this vitamin.

from me:
Humans Are Omnivores
To the best of my knowledge there has never been a culture that has thrived as vegetarians.

The reason humans have always been omnivores is because they have to be omnivores. The genetic make-up of the human is that of an omnivore. For the human body to properly function, it must have chemicals found in plants and animals. You could say humans have a chemical addiction to being omnivores.
